How does Crystal Concierge help me?
Crystal Concierge, LLC provides personal assistance to help busy people like you achieve balance in their work and personal lives. Delegate some of those day-to-day tasks to maximize the quality and quantity of your well-deserved personal time.
Can Crystal Concierge, LLC really arrange anything?
We'll investigate anything your may require. As long as the request is legal and ethical, we will arrange it for you. If we cannot perform the service for you, we will quickly and efficiently find the best resource for the job.
How do I pay for services?
Payment is due upon completion of your request. Some services may require a deposit in advance. A minimum of one hour is charged for all services unless otherwise noted. Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards though PayPal.
Does your service include making purchases, payments or other charges on our behalf?
Our service includes only the time taken by Crystal Concierge, LLC to execute the duties requested. The time starts when we leave the office for your service and stops when we return to your location. Fees, merchant payments and other charges associated with performing duties on our client's behalf, are the responsibility of the client.
How much notice do you need to schedule a service?
We normally request 24 hours notice but understand last minute requests are part of your day. We will try to accommodate your urgent needs on a shorter notice.
Hours of Service: We are available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are by appointment only. You can call us at 973-827-6024 (office) or 973-919-7430 (cell). We can also be contacted via email at email@example.com or request a service through our Contact Us page.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hours notice of cancellation. A $25 fee will be charged otherwise.
